Registration Instructions

• RETURNING gymnasts can drop off the completed form at our Stratford location -Remax ab Realty 88 Wellington St. Attention: Michelle Chessell and if you are in Mitchell, drop off at 99 Waterloo Street any time. If at the club, place in an envelope and put in the mail box inside by the front office. PLEASE DO NOT MAIL.
• NEW GYMNASTS can email us at chessl@orc.ca .
• If you need class information, please take a look at the Programs Available or email Michelle Chessell at chessl@orc.ca.
• Payment is due at time of registration and class availability is subject to change as classes fill up.
• You can register for both sessions at the same time and, with a post dated cheque for the second session, receive a $20 discount off the second session fee.
• Registration for Fall session is usually late May.
• Winter session registration is the 1st and 2nd week of December as classes start early January.
• All registrations are held at the club – forms are on website.  Please do not mail as no guarantee for classes. 
• All fees include HST.
• All athletes must have completed forms and fees handed in to be registered for their class and no insurance will be available until they are registered.
• Classes fill up quickly please check for availablity by contacting Michelle Chessell at chessl@orc.ca .
